He has more than 15 years of experience in project development, investment valuations, and deal structuring, with diversified exposure to real estate and private equity as an asset class. Ankush has a master's degree in real estate from EBS Universität für Wirtschaft und Recht, after receiving his bachelor's in financial and investment analysis from Shaheed Sukhdev College of Business Studies. Prior to that, he studied commerce, business/commerce at Delhi Public School Mathura Road.

Throughout his career, Ankush has worked across various markets, including the United States, Europe, the Gulf Cooperation Council, and India. He has an extensive grip on reviewing and preparing complex financial feasibilities, deal memorandums, and negotiation of legal and third-party agreements. Ankush's structured finance experience in the US commercial real estate market has added a significant value to his skillset.
