Ankur Guleria is a seasoned hospitality professional with over 20 years of experience in the service industry. Having worked with leading multinational and Indian organizations, Ankur boasts a remarkable track record of delivering exemplary service and ensuring customer satisfaction. He is well-versed in P&L management, key account management, crisis handling, vendor and SLA management, forecasting, capacity planning, real-time management, and reporting.

Throughout his career, Ankur has managed large teams in various pre-opening and project set up teams. He has worked as a Key Account Manager at Compass Group India, Soft Service & Employee Experience Lead India at JLL India, Front Office Manager at Marriott International, Night Operations Manager at Starwood Hotels & Resorts Worldwide, Inc., and Service Delivery Leader at Vodafone India, among other key roles.
