Ankit Samdariya

Ankit Samdariya is a highly experienced real estate executive with a background in building and scaling real estate platforms across logistics, office spaces, and retail.

He currently serves as the Head of Asset Management & New Initiatives at LOGOS Group, a prominent APAC-focused integrated logistics real estate platform.

Prior to his current role, Ankit played key roles at The Xander Group, including CEO of The Hive Workspaces and Vice President of Investments & Asset Management at Virtuous Retail.

Ankit's extensive professional journey includes strategic consulting at Shell, infrastructure and renewable energy investing at the International Finance Corporation (IFC), and co-founding the Built World Technology Alliance.

He is actively involved in industry organizations such as Urban Land Institute (ULI), where he chairs the ULI-NEXT committee and serves on the national executive committee.

Ankit holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a Bachelor of Technology from the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) - Delhi.

His educational background also includes studies in General Management at Harvard Business School and obtaining a CFA certification from the CFA Institute.
