Anjan Sur

Anjan Sur served as Chief Financial Officer at PK from April 2021 to June 2022.3 He joined PK on April 19, 2021, succeeding Craig Stack who retired after 16 years with the company.1 Sur brought over two decades of experience in corporate finance and business operations to the role.1

Prior to PK, Sur spent more than 16 years at Cognizant Technology Solutions, where he held multiple senior positions including Senior Vice President (Enterprise Transformation Head and Global Head of FP&A).1 At Cognizant, he played a critical role in the company's 40x revenue growth during his tenure.1

At PK, Sur led a sale process that resulted in a ~$1.6 billion transaction, which was the second-richest exit for the specific investment fund of the private equity firm backing PK.3 He was responsible for revamping processes, institutionalizing operating rigor, and streamlining revenue/margin forecasts and pipeline tracking.3

After leaving PK, Sur became the Chief Operating Officer at Ciklum in July 2022, where he currently works.3 He has a MBA from London Business School and a bachelor's degree from St. Stephen's College, Delhi.2
