Anita Wu

Anita Wu is an accomplished attorney with extensive experience in business litigation. She is currently a partner at Brown Neri Smith & Khan LLP, a boutique law firm specializing in business litigation.12 Previously, she worked as a Registered Foreign Lawyer (Associate) at Sidley Austin LLP.

Anita graduated magna cum laude from Yale University in 2003 with a degree in Philosophy, and received her law degree from Yale Law School in 2006.1 She has nearly 20 years of expertise in high-stakes legal battles in both federal and state courts.1

Her practice areas include business matters, professional liability, probate, tax, contract, fraud, and employment issues.1 Anita has represented clients ranging from small businesses to some of the largest companies in the world.1
