Anita Lynch is an accomplished data strategist with over 12 years of experience in leading successful enterprise teams for global companies such as Amazon, Yahoo!, and Disney. She has a background in computer science, economics, and business administration and has worked in various roles, including strategy consulting, data analytics, data science, and data architecture. As the Vice President of Data Governance, Instrumentation & Data Architecture for Disney Streaming Services, Lynch leads the development of privacy compliance, data protection, and data governance strategies to create strategic competitive advantages.

Lynch's early career days were spent engineering software and trading algorithms for financial exchanges, which instilled her passion for scaling businesses that bring tech, strategy, and people together for innovation excellence. She obtained her MBA from Harvard Business School and later became a relationship manager for Harvard Business School Admissions and advisor to seed-stage startups. In her spare time, Lynch enjoys live music, Pilates, meditation, and hiking.
