Anita Gupta

Anita Gupta is a passionate data enthusiast with a diverse background in HR management and analytics, finance, marketing, and business analysis. With a Bachelor's degree in Economics from St. Xavier's College, Anita has also completed a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Finance and Marketing from the Institute of Rural Management Anand, and studied HR Management and Analytics, Human Resources Management and Services at Wharton Online.

Currently, Anita serves as a Sr. Program Manager for Workforce Analytics at Oracle, where she supports the People & Talent Team in data management and various HR programs. Anita's strengths include data wrangling, machine learning algorithms, and working with large data sets to provide insights to relevant stakeholders. Additionally, she is skilled in ad hoc reporting and contributes to business presentations with creative and engaging visual aids.

Before joining Oracle, Anita worked as a Business Financial Analyst at Microsoft and as a Product Manager at ICICI Lombard. Prior to that, she served as a Dy Finance Manager at NDDB.
