Anita Brown

Anita Brown is a dedicated People & Culture enthusiast with a mission to foster equity, safety, and a sense of belonging in the workplace.

With a background in project management spanning over a decade, Anita brings a valuable skill set to drive company-wide initiatives, coupled with a strong passion for social justice and anti-oppression work.

Anita holds a B.A. in Media Production: Studio Television from Emerson College and has furthered her education at Boston University.

Currently, Anita serves as the Associate Director of People & Culture at Trigger - The Mixed Reality Agency, having previously held roles as Senior Digital Producer, Digital Producer, and Associate Digital Producer within the same organization.

Prior to her current position, Anita has also worked at Big Bad Tomato Interactive and TeachTown in digital production and associate producer roles.

Outside of work, Anita enjoys cooking, playing video games, exploring tech, music, engaging in Dungeons & Dragons, and has a fondness for the color orange.
