Anita Boey

Assistant Professor of Human Resource Management & Organizational Behavior

Anita Boey is a dedicated researcher specializing in Failure Sharing, Knowledge Sharing, Learning from Failure, Organizational Learning, Creativity, and Innovation in the workplace.

She shares her expertise through teaching various subjects like Human Resource Management, International HRM, Organizational Theory, Training and Development, and Cross-Cultural Issues in Organizational Behaviour.

Anita holds a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) from York University and has also pursued Master of Science (M.Sc.) and Master of Arts (M.A.) degrees at the University of Vaasa. Additionally, she has studied at Stockholms universitet and obtained a CELTA qualification from the British Council in Singapore.

She completed her Bachelor of Arts, Honors degree at the State University of New York at Buffalo.

Currently, Anita serves as an Assistant Professor at Wilfrid Laurier University and has previously worked as a University Lecturer at both the University of Toronto and York University.
