Anisha Sethi is a seasoned Customer Success Manager with expertise in consumer prospecting, account management, relationship building and problem-solving. She holds a Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronics and Communications Engineering from SRM University. Anisha is driven to help brands deliver measurable business goals through engaging and impactful storytelling. Her professional experience includes roles at various organizations such as Hiver, SignEasy, FusionCharts, LeadSquared, TEDxChennai, Volta Motors, Project Kites, Rang De, and The Climber.

As a former Strategic Account Executive and Customer Success Manager at SignEasy, Anisha managed and maintained relationships with enterprise-level customers. She also worked as an Account Manager and Sales Development Representative at FusionCharts where she spearheaded customer acquisition activities. Anisha's passion for marketing and customer support services led her to freelance for Volta Motors. She worked to elevate their brand image and customer satisfaction metrics. Anisha's previous marketing roles at Project Kites, Rang De, and Startup Dope honed her marketing acumen. She also organized events as an Event Manager for The Climber.
