Anish Aravind is a growth designer, interim HR director at C Electric Automotive Drives, and a principal consultant with over 20 years of experience in human capital management (HCM) and organization effectiveness (OE) across various industries.1 He is passionate about solving business problems by weaving people interventions that align with the organization's purpose and strategy.1
