Anish Ananthasamy is a dedicated professional with a strong passion for driving continuous improvements in organizations through process enhancements and cultural transformation.

With a background spanning from industrial engineering to mechanical engineering, Anish holds a Master's Degree in Industrial Engineering from the University of Pittsburgh and a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering from PSG College of Technology.

Anish's expertise includes leading and monitoring Kaizens, 5S audits, Gemba walks, and leader standard work. He is a certified Black Belt in Six Sigma and is on track to achieve Project Management Professional (PMP) certification. Anish is proficient in Tableau and Excel.

Anish has held various roles in reputable organizations such as Novartis and Mylan, where he served as Senior Manager Continuous Improvement & Site Data Management, Operations Lead for Product Stewardship, Operational Excellence Engineer, and Conceptual Design Engineer.

Prior to his roles at Novartis and Mylan, Anish gained valuable experience as an Industrial Engineer at Sree Durga Metal Works, Castwin Alloys, as well as fulfilling in-plant trainee positions at Neelambur Foundry Division, WABCO, and PSG Industrial Institute.
