His educational background includes executive education in product strategy from Northwestern University, a doctoral degree in Electrical Engineering (Systems Engineering) from the University of Cincinnati, an M.S. in Electrical Engineering from Southern Illinois University, Carbondale, and a B.E. in Electronics and Power Systems from Nagpur University.

Anindya has held key roles at prestigious organizations such as Apple and Qualcomm, where he served as Sr Engineering Manager, WTE Cellular System Performance, Principal Engineer/Manager, Senior Staff Engineer/Manager, and Graduate Teaching Assistant.
