Anil Dewan is a seasoned professional known for solving complex problems, delivering critical digital services, and securing infrastructure.

With a background in building and leading cross-functional teams, tech policy and strategy, product management, service delivery, and cybersecurity, Anil has been recognized with the FCW 2021 "Fed100 Award" for his impact and innovation in Federal IT.

Anil's previous roles include serving as a program manager for the Department of Defense's Hack the Pentagon cybersecurity and ICS security program, and leading the expansion of the Vulnerability Disclosure Program (VDP) as a policy lead.

An expert in building high-performing, inclusive teams based on trust, transparency, and communication, he excels in aligning teams, executives, and stakeholders towards a common mission and delivering effective solutions.

Anil's core expertise lies in leading the development and launch of technical products and digital services, product strategy and management in agile environments, policy creation and implementation, vulnerability assessments for cybersecurity, and procurement of services through collaboration with acquisition specialists and contracting officers.

Anil holds a Pragmatic Marketing Product Management Level Three (PMC-III) certification and has pursued education in Mechanical Engineering, Systems Management, and Design Thinking.

Currently, Anil is serving as a Senior Advisor at the U.S. Department of Homeland Security, with past roles including Consultant at the California Department of Technology, Tech Policy Fellow at The Aspen Institute, and Product Manager at Defense Digital Service among others.
