PaperPicks is a business development platform for IT and non-IT companies on a global scale. Our platform and techniques help companies identify the correct target audience and promote the solution or product being offered by the client. Our current clientele includes most of the Fortune 500 companies based globally as well as some emerging companies.

As a Team Coach at Paperpicks LLC, I led a team of Demand Generation Executives while also managing client relationships. Starting as a Demand Generation Specialist, I was promoted within two years to oversee team operations and clientele.

My main role in Demand generation is to create awareness and demand for our products or services. We try to expand our audience, generate buzz, and drive traffic to transform interest into action.

As part of my daily routine, I would reach out to the appropriate decision makers and present the client's solution/product. To achieve this, we utilized both email and cold calling methods to educate them on the product's benefits. Our goal was to pique the decision maker's interest to the point where they were curious to learn more.

Being in a highly competitive market, being good at researching data to find the right contact and effective time management are very crucial parts of my role.

I joined as a Customer Service Representative and was promoted within a year. I managed a team consisting of 10-20 individuals for various medical campaigns for Generating Leads.
