Anika Joshi is a seasoned professional who currently holds the position of Chief of Staff to the CEO, where she is tasked with identifying and resolving intricate strategic and operational issues across various teams. She excels in managing impactful projects aimed at tackling these challenges and is skilled in developing metrics to gauge the success of project implementations. Anika is also a distinguished alumna of the University of San Diego, graduating with honors with a dual major in Psychology and International Relations. Additionally, she held the position of Chief Of Staff at Freedom Robotics, Assistant Manager at Eddie Bauer, and worked as a UX Designer and Prototyper at Leap Labs. Anika also contributed as a Nonprofit Digital Marketing Intern at Internet Marketing Inc. and undertook a Private Banking Summer Internship at Credit Suisse.
