Aniesia Williams

Aniesia Williams is a seasoned professional with over 20 years of experience in marketing, journalism, and brand strategy across various sectors, including healthcare, technology, and entertainment. She currently serves as the Managing Director of Global Inclusion & Health Equity at Real Chemistry, where she focuses on integrating diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) into health initiatives and programming. In this role, she leads a team and manages a significant operational budget, emphasizing culturally relevant strategies to address health disparities and promote equity across sectors.12

In addition to her role at Real Chemistry, Aniesia is the Founder and Venture Success Partner of dreambloc, an organization aimed at supporting entrepreneurs and fostering community through innovative storytelling and experiential activations.12 She has also held significant positions such as Senior Vice President at Edelman, where she managed large teams and budgets to enhance brand messaging and reputation, particularly in the tech sector.1
