Angus Friday

Angus Friday, currently serving as the Blue Economy Director at the Waitt Institute, is a seasoned professional with a diverse background in international relations, environmental conservation, and medical practice.

Prior to his current role, Angus held a significant position as the Oceans Representative at the World Bank, contributing to global initiatives in sustainable ocean development.

With a rich diplomatic history, Angus has represented Grenada across various forums, including as Grenada's Ambassador to the United Nations and to the United States, Mexico, and the Organization of American States.

Educationally, Angus pursued an MBA from the University of Strathclyde and a Medical Doctor degree from St. George's University, blending management skills with medical expertise.
