Angie Keister, PhD

Angie Keister, Ph.D. is a highly accomplished professional with a diverse background in organizational development, human resources, and coaching. She holds a Ph.D. and an M.S.O.B in Organizational Behavior from Benedictine University and studied Chemistry at Ball State University. Throughout her career, Angie has worked for various prestigious organizations, including Astellas Pharma US, Allstate Insurance Company, Lewis University, Advocate Health Care, Navistar, and Kappa Alpha Theta Fraternity.

Currently, Angie is the Director of Patient Insight & Solutions, Patient Centricity department, at Astellas Pharma US where she utilizes her extensive knowledge of organizational development practices to make a positive impact on patient care. Previously, she served as the Associate Director of Organization Development and Change Management Practice Lead at Allstate Insurance Company. Additionally, she has significant experience in coaching and consulting through her own company, Cairn Coaching and Consulting.

Angie's background also includes various roles in human resources, such as Manager, HR Shared Service Center and Sr. Performance Consultant, at Advocate Health Care. Furthermore, she taught as an Adjunct Faculty at Lewis University and contributed to the PhD Program in Organizational Development as a Graduate Assistant.
