Angela Sanders is a seasoned professional with 17 years of expertise in office leasing and sales within the real estate industry. Her passion lies in solving complex problems to facilitate business growth and minimize risks.

Angela is well-versed in Real Estate strategic planning, site selection, financial and investment analysis, portfolio management, transaction management, workplace strategy, corporate real estate, budget management, and lease abstract.

She has been involved in notable transactions including working with State Compensation Insurance Fund on a 2 million square feet statewide portfolio, the headquarters sale acquisition of the American Red Cross, and the Mani Brother's Sunset Portfolio that includes Luckman Plaza, Soho House's home.

Her portfolio also includes handling the leasing for Siren Studios, Kodak Campus, LEGO Los Angeles HQ, Rovio (Angry Birds) HQ and Animation Studio, Wenner Media (publishers of Rolling Stone, Us Weekly, Men's Journal), Edelman, and 42 West.

Angela specializes in creative office spaces, tech, digital media, entertainment, VFX and production, VR-AR, toys, mobile, gaming, esports, and music.

Educationally, Angela has studied at Harvard University Graduate School of Design and the University of California, Los Angeles.
