Angela Luh is a professional with a diverse background across clean energy, supply chain, technology, and U.S.-China relations. She has a solid foundation in public policy and regulatory research, energy, environmental issues, and corporate social responsibility. Angela has a Doctor of Law - JD from the University of California, Berkeley - School of Law, a Bachelor of Arts - BA from the University of California San Diego, and has also studied at Fudan University.
