Angela Luh

Angela Luh is a professional with a diverse background across clean energy, supply chain, technology, and U.S.-China relations. She has a solid foundation in public policy and regulatory research, energy, environmental issues, and corporate social responsibility. Angela has a Doctor of Law - JD from the University of California, Berkeley - School of Law, a Bachelor of Arts - BA from the University of California San Diego, and has also studied at Fudan University. Her professional experience includes roles such as a Graduate Student Researcher at the California-China Climate Institute, Summer Associate at Perkins Coie LLP, Judicial Extern at the U.S. District Court, Northern District of California, Law Clerk in the Housing Program at Asian Americans Advancing Justice - Asian Law Caucus, Global Operations Associate at Flexport, and Program Associate in U.S. Buildings Policy & China Policy at Energy Foundation. She has also served as a National Security & International Policy Intern for China Policy at the Center for American Progress.
