Angela Antony is the Founder and CEO of Scoutible, a pioneering game-based hiring platform that utilizes machine learning to assess soft skills through gameplay. This innovative approach aims to improve the hiring process by uncovering the best candidates for various job roles.

Antony has an extensive academic background, having spent nine years at Harvard where she earned degrees in psychology, business, and law, focusing on labor market issues. Following her time at Harvard, she worked at the White House under President Obama as part of the National Economic Council. During this period, she was also writing a book titled Invisible Handcuffs, which laid the groundwork for Scoutible's development.
