Project consulting for businesses that do not have the manpower to complete projects with in-house staff.  Short-term projects may include one-time tasks or the set-up of a particular program.  Long-term projects may include business management, support or marketing.

Work collaboratively with board and volunteers to advance HTC's mission through creative programs and organizational development.
Set organizational priorities with Executive Board and manage volunteers to achieve them.
Develop professional relationships with members of the local community, educational institutions, social service organizations and others who can help advance HTC's mission.
Oversee program planning and budgeting along with Board Treasurer.
Expand HTC's public presence as spokesperson to the organization's internal and external constituencies, including decision makers, community leaders, corporate partners, donors and funders.
Work with board members to research specific steps to provide more stable, long-term funding through creative fundraising events, endowments and other mechanisms.

Addington Photographics was known for it's work in the sports arena as well as the entertainment world.  Clients like Notre Dame and the College Football Hall of Fame opened many doors to the world of college athletics.
Angela developed a program called, "The Day in The Life" which was a photographic essay for a musician or athlete detailing through pictures the subjects practice and performance/athletic routines for their family and friends that would not get the chance to see them play.  This product was also a great gift for the musician or athlete and was often completed with the subject never knowing they were being photographed.
