Andy Weinzierl

Andy Weinzierl is a passionate entrepreneur and public speaker with a focus on making E-Bikes more affordable and appealing to encourage more people to switch to cycling.

He holds a Master of Science in Technology Management from UCL and a Bachelor of Engineering in Logistics Engineering and Management from Hochschule München University of Applied Sciences.

Andy has diverse educational experiences including studying EIT Food Entrepreneurship at the University of Cambridge and attending a Summer School program at the University of Plymouth.

He has a background in Production Mechanics and has completed a dual apprenticeship in Production Mechanics at BMW Group.

Professionally, Andy has a rich history of working in various roles and organizations such as blik GmbH, Porsche, Fraunhofer IGCV, BMW Group, Allianz, and more.

He is the former Founder & CEO of SUSHI BIKES, an innovative company that has introduced around 30,000 bikes to the market in the past four years.

In addition to his entrepreneurial ventures, Andy has experience in digital marketing, internships in marketing and distribution, and has worked in logistics and online marketing.

His diverse skill set also includes roles in material flow planning, ISO 9001 certification, and exterior development at BMW i.
