Throughout his career, Andy has held key positions in prominent organizations such as the Society of Motor Manufacturers and Traders (SMMT) and the Federation of Small Businesses (FSB), where he served in various capacities including Senior Environmental Manager, Head of Policy Research, Deputy Head of Policy, Senior Policy Advisor, and Energy and Environment Policy Advisor.

His professional journey also includes roles as a Government Relations Specialist and Communications Specialist at the Environment Agency, as well as a Communications Consultant at APP Middle Way Group and Political Assistant at multiple Members of Parliament.
