Andy Hicks is a highly experienced strategic business leader with a diverse skill set acquired through roles in finance, manufacturing, operations, sales & marketing, and general management.

He has a background in strategic planning, business unit launches, product development, marketing strategies, manufacturing, financial control, acquisitions, disposals, and business start-ups.

Andy has expertise in system implementation, including ERP/CRM, pricing methodology, channel management, as well as manufacturing techniques such as ISO9000.

With a proven track record in B2B, food, manufacturing, weighing and packaging machinery, document management, finance, security, holiday parks/leisure, and business services, he possesses a wide range of specialties.

Having led the Management Buy-Out (MBO) of Ramtech Electronics in 2006, Andy has demonstrated his leadership and business acumen.

His educational background includes studies at Icaew, a Bachelor of Arts in Accountancy from Birmingham City University, and secondary education at Rednock School in Gloucestershire and Okehampton College in Devon.
