Andy Hicks

Andy Hicks is a seasoned recruiter in the Philadelphia area, specializing in accounting, finance, technology, and human resources positions. With his experience helping individuals of all backgrounds, from recent graduates to C-Level executives, Andy is committed to treating everyone he works with the way he would want to be treated.

Before joining Top Stack, formerly DSG, as Vice President, Andy served as a Senior Manager of Recruiting and Manager of Recruiting at QUAD656, and as a Recruiter at Kforce Technology Staffing. With a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from West Chester University, he previously worked as a Research Assistant and Volunteer at the Southern Pennsylvania Autism Resource Center (SPARC).
