Andy Garlikov is a seasoned customer experience and strategy leader, recognized for his ability to establish meaningful connections between companies and their key customers and partners. His career began in Washington D.C as an Advance Representative at The White House and eventually led him to establish ProAdvance, an event marketing company that produced events for high-profile figures in industry and government. Andy's passion for excellent customer experience led him to pioneer targeted engagement and advocacy programs that have helped numerous businesses succeed.
He is skillful in infusing the voice of the customer into important business decisions and has worked with notable companies like Genpact, NetApp, Yelp, and Splunk. His expertise in Marketing, Strategy, Innovation, and General Management is backed by a B.A degree in International Studies and Political Science from American University and an MBA in Marketing, Strategy and Innovation from UC Berkeley’s Haas School of Business.
