Andy French

Andy French is an accomplished financial analyst with extensive experience in the management consulting and finance industries. He is a Chartered Accountant with the Institute of Chartered Accountants Australia and has a Commerce degree in Corporate Finance and Accounting combined with a Science degree in Information Systems.

Andy has worked with KPMG for four years as a management consultant, where he has experience in Business analysis for IT system implementation and functional change projects, supply chain optimization, process improvement, and IT audit and assurance. He has also worked in numerous industries, including Oil&Gas, Banking, Insurance, and Government.

Currently, Andy is a Senior Finance Strategy Analyst for News UK where he is responsible for long-range financial planning, competitor analysis, and business valuation. He was previously the Head of Commercial Finance, Head of Finance - Technology and Product, and Finance Manager - Technology and Product at News UK.

Andy has a wealth of experience in financial systems such as SAP, JDE, TM1, Hyperion, MS Access, and MS Excel. Prior to his work at KPMG and News UK, he was a Sales and Technical Consultant at Westnet and a Bar Supervisor and Cellerman at Cottesloe Beach Hotel.
