Andy Du Pont is an Investment Analyst at Australian Impact Investments (Aii).1 He discovered impact investing while working as a bar hand at a function, where he met James Pearson, Head of Impact and Responsible Investment at QBE.1 This encounter led him to work at the Impact Investment Summit for three years while studying.1 Andy's first job was as a 'groundskeeper' at a local Putt-Putt golf course.1 He is particularly interested in natural capital investments and their potential to address environmental degradation.1 Andy has also written about the Impact Spectrum, a classification system used by Aii to screen investments based on their environmental and social impact.2
