Andy de Vale was a notable entrepreneur and the founder of WorkVisible, a management consulting firm that emphasized visual thinking and facilitation. He was recognized as a pioneer in the industry, known for his innovative approach to leadership and collaboration, which he termed "Leadership for Everyone." This philosophy aimed to empower individuals by recognizing their unique contributions, both in professional and personal contexts.13
Over a career spanning two decades, Andy was involved in various consulting roles, where he integrated visual techniques to enhance communication and engagement within organizations. His work led to collaborations with major companies, including Amazon, Google, and Lego, among others.234
Tragically, Andy de Vale passed away unexpectedly in 2022, leaving behind a legacy that his children, Marcus and Emily de Vale, are now continuing through WorkVisible Studios. They aim to uphold the standards and values that Andy established, focusing on creating inspiring and collaborative work environments.12
