Andy Cooper is a seasoned professional with a wealth of experience in executive management, venture capital, investment banking, and capital markets.

As a serial entrepreneur, he has successfully established and developed four companies, showcasing a diverse skill set in operations, technology, and finance.

Currently residing in Westchester, New York, Andy Cooper is a dedicated family man, sharing his life with his wife and two children.

Andy pursued his education at Duke University, focusing on a dual major in Economics and Geology, and also attended Germantown Friends School.

Throughout his career, Andy Cooper has held key positions in various organizations, including being the Co-Founder, Co-CEO, and Director at Unison Energy, LLC.

He has also served as a Board Director at Prospect Capital Corporation and Aquatic Energy, LLC, along with advising the Board of Directors at OTR Global, Inc.

Andy's professional journey includes roles such as Co-CEO and Board Director at Unison Site Management, Managing Director - Venture at The Carlyle Group, and EVP Business Development at Visual Networks Inc.

Prior to these roles, he contributed as the Co-Founder, CFO, and SVP of Business Development at Avesta Technologies, Inc., and as Principal at Morgan Stanley Venture Partners.

His experience further extends to serving as VP - Capital Markets in Tokyo, Japan, and as an Associate in M&A in both New York and Tokyo, Japan, during his tenure at Morgan Stanley.
