Andy Chang
Environmental Protection Specialist at US Environmental Protection Agency (EPA)
Andy Chang has a rich professional background that includes roles such as an operations manager, coach, and trail program director in the run specialty industry for 4 years. He has a strong passion for improving public health outcomes and social determinants of health. Currently, Andy Chang works at the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency under Title VI of the Clean Air Act.
During his time at the EPA's Office of Air Quality Planning and Standards in RTP, North Carolina, Andy served as the national designations and interstate transport policy staff lead for the 2010 Sulfur Dioxide National Ambient Air Quality Standards.
