He holds a Bachelors degree in Marketing and Commerce from Lincoln University and has studied at King's College in Auckland, New Zealand. Andy has held various leadership positions throughout his career, including Managing Director at Armadillo Merino, Ministry of Wool Ltd, and John Smedley Ltd. He has also worked as VP Sales & Marketing at Ibex Outdoor Clothing, International Marketing Manager at The New Zealand Merino Company Limited, and Sales Manager at Grants of Dalvey Ltd.

As a Marketing specialist, Andy has extensive experience in branding, marketing, and sales of woolen products. He is an expert in product development, distribution channel management, market research, and customer relationship management. Andy has a deep understanding of the textile and apparel industry and the challenges that come with sourcing, manufacturing, and marketing of consumer-ready products.
