His expertise in designing cutting-edge systems, such as one of the industry's first XML-based electronic publishing systems, has significantly contributed to business growth and success.

Andrzej is skilled in establishing and running client relationship programs to enhance customer loyalty and retention rates. He has a Master of Science degree in Physics from Uniwersytet Marii Curie-Skłodowskiej w Lublinie.
