Working as a QA Engineer and tech support for an international e-learning platform.
As a QA tester, my main responsibility is to run various tests on new software products to ensure that programs satisfy all specifications and requirements.

Using the Jira ticketing system to document new bugs, perform regression, acceptance, load, and functional/performance testing, and execute software test plans.

Strong communication skills, provide thorough support and problem resolution for US customers.

Computer Voice Systems provides advanced trading and charting solutions for professional brokerage firms and individual market traders.

One of my main responsibilities was to read logs and debug problems for our US customers.

Using GitLab to log reported bugs, perform regression, acceptance, load, and functional/performance testing for the desktop application and back-office web application. Performing end to end testing on the mobile application for both Android and iOS.

To increase my experience with US customers, I was sent for two months in Chicago, US where I worked closely with experienced US colleagues.
