Andriy Tertyshnyk brings over 8 years of successful experience in finances, controlling, and accounting within the PACCOR group, a leading supplier of sustainable plastic packaging solutions across various markets and regions.

Throughout his tenure, he has managed finances and accounting for 20 manufacturing locations, 4 sales offices, and a presence in 16 countries, overseeing a team of 3,500+ employees.

Andriy's expertise extends to budgeting, financial analysis, variances, IC reconciliation, IFRS compliance, and producing various management reports within an international financial consolidation framework.

He excels in multitasking, handling tasks like monthly reporting packages, SOC reporting, budget presentations, sales analysis, and optimization of financial processes and software systems.

Andriy's educational background includes completion of 6 out of 13 exams with the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) and a Master's degree in Accounting and Audit from the National University of Life and Environmental Sciences of Ukraine.

He has held key financial roles within PACCOR Ukraine, transitioning from Accountant to Senior Economist and currently serving as the Chief Accountant and Financial Manager at the sales office.
