Andreza da Silva

Andreza da Silva is an accomplished engineer who studied Electronic and Computer Engineering at the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro. She has extensive experience in software development, working in a variety of companies and roles, including her current role as Director of Engineering at Toptal.

Her journey started with an internship at CERN before moving on to work at Chemtech, where she started as an intern and eventually became an engineer. After that, she worked at Radix Engenharia e Software as a Requirements Engineer and later as a Coordinator. She then went on to become an Independent App Developer for iOS applications before joining Toptal as a software engineer.

At Toptal, she has risen through the ranks to become the Director of Engineering, responsible for overseeing software development projects and managing engineering teams.

In addition to her work in software development, Andreza is also passionate about skiing, which is evident from her time working as a Ski Rental Clerk at Big Sky Resort.
