Andrey Libardi Vieira

Andrey Libardi Vieira is a seasoned intrapreneur and service designer with a wealth of experience in general management, corporate innovation, and customer experience management. He currently serves as the Director of Commercial and Business Development for Credisfera, a Locaweb company, offering his expertise in driving sustainable business growth that positively impacts the world.

Andrey began his career with Todo!/Liq in 2009, where he played an integral role in managing technological transformation projects in Brazil, including the United Nations Conference on Sustainable Development (Rio+20) and the FIFA World Cup Brazil. He later worked as the head of Innovation and Digital Efficiency for Neobpo, where he launched Q2CResults.com.br, a startup funded by Wasys Technology in partnership following an open innovation model.

In his most recent role as the Customer Experience Superintendent Ops for Atento Brasil, Andrey managed customer experience ops strategies for the world's largest digital bank. He holds a degree in Marketing from the University Anhembi Morumbi, a Service Design specialization from Istituto Europeo di Design, an MBA in IT applied to Strategic Business Management from Fundação Getulio Vargas, and is pursuing a postgraduate degree in World 4.0 and Soft Skills at Universidade de São Paulo.

Andrey is also a volunteer external 'maker' at InconforMAKERS, where he helps startups and non-profit organizations accelerate their ideas and tackle complex challenges.
