Andrey Cio

Andrey Karitskiy is a seasoned Chief Information Officer (CIO) with a strong background in creating and centralizing IT infrastructures in federal-level companies.

He specializes in driving digital business transformation to increase profitability and excels in project and GR management.

Andrey holds a Master's degree in Economics and Finance from the Financial University under the Government of the Russian Federation and an MBA in Information Management - CIO track from the Russian Presidential Academy of National Economy and Public Administration (RANEPA).

His past roles include serving as the CIO at a subsidiary of Transneft, Head of IT Infrastructure Department at PJSC Novorossiysk Commercial Sea Port, Deputy Head of IT and Telecommunications Department at JSC Novoroslesexport, Service Engineer at SIGMA, and Communication Company Commander in the Soviet Union's Ministry of Defense.
