I also led a small group for first-year students in the Institute for Spiritual Formation, which involves facilitating small group discussion and grading prayer projects.

I drive the development of Biola University's digital lifelong learning programs. I launched the Biola LEARN project in 2017, which is Biola's online platform for lifelong learning delivery, and I continue to oversee all aspects of that program, including content development, software development, marketing, operations, and staffing. I develop lifelong learning strategies for the university and work across campus with both academic and administrative departments to execute them. I also initiate and facilitate policy and process efforts to integrate Biola LEARN and Biola's lifelong learning initiatives into the fabric of the university at large.

I oversee the development of Biola LEARN, which is a university program for creating and expanding Biola's digital educational offerings beyond the traditional degrees. In this role, I am responsible for curriculum design, sales and marketing, building the network of internal and external partners, budgeting, and policy creation.

I was the point person for developing Talbot's forthcoming Bachelor of Science (BS ) in Biblical Ministries degree completion program. In my role, I worked on curriculum development, assessment processes, course scheduling, staffing, budgeting, policy creation, and accreditation.I was also the lead developer for an online master's degree in spiritual formation.I piloted the ISF Connections not-for-credit educational offering, which was one of the only not-for-credit offerings at Biola at the time. I created the business plan, designed the pilot course, helped assemble the software infrastructure, served as liaison with the participating churches, and performed all of the hiring and training.I was a design consultant for the online conversion of Talbot's Spiritual Formation Focus program, the core curriculum in spiritual formation for all Talbot students. This involved redesign of the courses for the online modality and the creation of needed policies and procedures for the online environment.During my time at Talbot, I also served on a task force for Biola's implementation of the Academic and Administrative Prioritization Process (based on Robert Dickeson's book). In addition to my role, I created digital tools for enabling more effective and efficient team scoring, discussion, and decision-making.

I co-taught TTSF 524 – History and Theory of Soul Care and Direction.  This course examines the history of Christian soul care and aids students in developing a personal theory of soul care for use in future ministry.
