Andrew Witzke is a product strategy and management expert who has worked with top-tier international organizations. He is a Director at Collective[i] where he focuses on product development and management. Andrew is also an accomplished career coach, having spent over 3,000 hours of one-on-one interview coaching to help over 100 job seekers since 2013.

Prior to his role at Collective[i], Andrew worked as an Operating Senior Associate at General Atlantic within the General Atlantic Insights Group. In this position, he worked with investment teams and portfolio firms on key growth strategies, sales operations, capability building, and change management initiatives.

Andrew also honed his expertise as a business analyst at top global consulting firms such as McKinsey and A.T. Kearney. At McKinsey, Andrew delivered successful behavior change and capability-building programs to organizations, while at A.T. Kearney, he provided strategic direction to companies operating globally in consumer goods, financial services, and manufacturing sectors.

Andrew holds dual degrees in Business/Commerce and Political Studies from Queen's University, and has also earned the International Baccalaureate Full Diploma from Winston Churchill High School.

In his free time, Andrew served as the Leader of the Official Opposition - Liberal Party Leader at Queen's Model Parliament and was a Summer Consultant at Oliver Wyman.
