    Andrew Whitford is a seasoned professional in public innovation and strategy with a focus on surveillance, agile methodologies, and algorithms.

    He possesses a wealth of expertise in data science and serves as the founding Co-Editor of the Cambridge University Press Elements Book Series in Public and Nonprofit Administration.

    With a Ph.D. in Political Science from Washington University in St. Louis, Andy Whitford also holds an M.A. in Economics from the Haslam College of Business at the University of Tennessee, and a B.A. in Political Science from Carson-Newman University.
