My focus is to consult each of my clients on solution-based marketing tools and implementation best practices, with proven results. I manage a rolling pipeline of 50+ new opportunities each month, call on all lead types, perform digital demonstrations, produce and negotiate new business sales contracts, and assist our sales team to target monthly quota's. My daily activities include building and maintaining prospect and client relationships, achieving KPI's, and consult fundraising and marketing infrastructure with executive level NPO leaders.

National Account Executive

• Grew and maintained the customer channel in 5 state territory in successfully driving $500K in new product revenues and $3.8MM recurring revenues annually.
     •	Managed one account manager and worked in cooperation with marketing and engineering to successfully launch three new products. 
     •	Responsible for responding directly to or coaching the customer channel on RFP responses for Mid-America territory.

KEY ACCOMPLISHMENTS
     •	Awarded “Rookie of the Year” in 2013 upon reaching sales targets.
     •	Won the largest GPS deal in company history, over $325,000, after 5 months of competitive research and RFP writing.

Regional Sales Manager, Mid-America

•	Responsible for growing business revenue and managing operations team of eight to thirteen. Primary focus on new account penetration, existing account retention and strategic planning.
•	Grew ARR from $720K to 1.3MM during first year in the role.
•	Responsible for witness testimony to accurately convey SCRAM technology and the purpose it serves in the treatment market. 
•	Worked in cooperation with state Senators and House Representatives to write legislation to include SCRAM technology.  

KEY ACCOMPLISHMENTS
•	Met and exceeded all revenue targets
•	Successful in a turn around effort to save the largest customers
•	Qualified as an Expert Witness in the state of Illinois.

SCRAM of Illinois

General Manager

•	Led sales, product, and business planning trainings with new franchises in five-state Mid-America territory. 
     •	Responsible for $3.8MM in recurring annual revenue from customer channel. 
     •	Interfaced with marketing to generate campaign launches and strategic territory planning.

Account Manager, Midwest Region

•	Exceeded target revenue goal for the year and through diligent prospecting efforts, became the first Inside Sales Representative to hit quota target. 
     •	Negotiated customer contracts to retain and grow existing customer business.
