Andrew Tsintsiruk is a seasoned strategic management consultant and international business development professional, boasting years of experience in various industries, including information technology, financial services, energy, IT outsourcing, and international trade. Tsintsiruk has lent his expertise to both large Fortune 500 companies and small entrepreneurial outfits. He has been involved in numerous global projects, advising on a wide range of topics, such as project development, strategic planning, feasibility analysis, new market entry, political risk, due diligence, operations, and strategic issues for projects in the U.S. and emerging markets.

Tsintsiruk's academic background is just as impressive. He attended St. Basil College, where he studied BA, Philosophy. He then earned Data Science certification from The Johns Hopkins University. He later earned a master's degree in International Trade and Economics, with a concentration in International Relations from Boston College. Additionally, he earned a Certificate in International Relations, Eastern Europe; a master's degree in Political Philosophy, also from Boston College; and a Dorot Research Fellowship from the United States Holocaust Memorial Museum.
