Andy Clausen

Andrew T. Clausen is an Accredited Senior Appraiser (ASA) with expertise in business valuation and intangible asset valuations, along with the CEIV™ credential. He has a background in developing tools for valuations for financial reporting purposes, particularly in intangible assets and machinery & equipment valuations. With experience at well-known firms like RSM US LLP, where he reviewed third-party valuations, Andrew observed the need for credible valuations and founded Bluerock Valuation Services to address this gap. He resides in San Luis Obispo and enjoys skiing, biking, and participating in triathlons.
