Andrew Swinand is a seasoned entrepreneur, marketing expert, and former U.S. Army officer with an impressive record of success. He is currently the CEO of Publicis Groupe Creative U.S. and The Leo Burnett Group, where he leads an award-winning team of creative professionals. Before that, Andrew co-founded Abundant Venture Partners, a startup incubator that facilitated the launch of 19 companies, nine of which he founded. He is also a Wharton School alumnus where he studied economics and marketing, and his first taste of marketing came from Procter & Gamble, where he worked as a marketing director and brand manager.
Andrew's entrepreneurial ventures include Transparent, The Abundancy, Frequency540, and Ardent IO, among others. He has also served on the board of Centro and was the chairman of the board at Kontera. Besides, Andrew is a former president of Starcom MediaVest Group, one of the world's largest brand communications firms.
In addition to his professional expertise, Andrew is passionate about giving back to the community. He has served on multiple nonprofit boards, including the Children's Home and Aid Society of Illinois.
