Andrew Suh is a Managing Director at PKF Advisory, responsible for leading buy-side and sell-side transaction advisory services.1 He has over 14 years of international experience in transaction advisory services, including due diligence assistance, purchase agreement vetting, and post-deal assistance for corporations and private equity investors.1

Suh has worked on more than 150 transactions across various industries, with deal values ranging from $5 million to $2 billion.12 He has significant expertise in software and technology transactions, advising on critical metrics such as recurring revenue streams, customer churn, and customer acquisition costs.12
