His educational background includes a Doctor of Law (J.D.) from Seattle University School of Law, LL.M. in Taxation from the University of Washington School of Law, and a B.A. in Economics, Political Science, and Communications from the University of Washington.
Andrew has held various positions in his career, including Vice President, Legal & Compliance at BlackRock, Associate at Wendel, Rosen, Black & Dean LLP, and roles at other law firms and organizations.
In addition to his legal career, he has also been a Licensed Real Estate Broker and has interned at the Federal Trade Commission and other legal entities during his career development.
