Andrew Stetsenko is an HR-Tech entrepreneur and the founder of CV Compiler, a web application designed to enhance resumes specifically for tech professionals. The platform utilizes machine learning and natural language processing to analyze and improve resumes, helping users align their applications with industry standards and increase their chances of securing job interviews.12
Stetsenko has a background in coding, having started his programming journey in 2003. He has worked as a QA engineer and later transitioned into tech recruitment, which informed his approach to developing tools that better match candidates with job opportunities. CV Compiler was launched in late 2018 and has since gained significant traction, reportedly serving around 100,000 users. The service was designed to address common pitfalls in resume submissions, particularly the challenges posed by applicant tracking systems (ATS) that often filter out candidates based on keyword relevance.26
In June 2023, Stetsenko announced that he had sold CV Compiler, indicating a successful exit from the venture.35 He continues to contribute to discussions around tech hiring and recruitment strategies through various platforms, including LinkedIn and Twitter.46
